Amazing Swim Bench for Triathletes, Swimmers, Fitness, Rehab

Published by Larry under Sports Equipment

It even amazed me and I did a lot of the re-engineering. Isokinetics is the way to go because it accommodates to the pressure you put on it. Every rep at every angle isat full speed at full strength! So, even when you’re tired, you’re pulling or pushing your muscles at maximum. That’s why people increase vertical jumps 8 inches and swim times 14 seconds in weeks! I’m re-habing a wrist I broke in basketball and it’s perfect! NAIA champion Cal Baptist is using it for swim and polo and many triathletes and parents of athletes are buying it for their homes. This is the first cut from the unedited DVD I’m making. The quick release handles and an programmable circuit trainer get us from butterfly to squats in seconds. It’s fun and it works better than anything else on earth! Just released: Everyone loves it.

gocommando Workout Week 3

Published by Larry under Sports Equipment

www.gocommando.tv SLINGGYM is a new piece of fitness equipment – “possibly the only piece of fitness equipment you’ll ever need” SLINGGYM is made of heavy duty webbing wich will carry a load of 600kg. It can be used for any bodyweight exercise. It is extremely compact as it weighs under 3 lbs , rolls up and fits in your pocket. The concept came from the type of training gymnasts do on the OLYMPIC RINGS. The handles can move in any direction so the stabilising muscles have to work to keep the joint stable as each exercise is performed. One of the main feature is that the body has to support itself so all the core muscles have to engage to maintain the body position and posture whilst exercising. It is already being used by Sports and Fitness Coaches. They are using it to develop core strength and joint stability for a wide range of athletes. Personal Trainers are using it as it is easy to use but delivers very fast results for their clients who are looking for conditioning, weight loss and tonning and muscular development. It can be used in the home or garden or any location there is a suitable anchor point to hang it from. Mititary Personnel are also benefiting from it. Traditionally when personnel are on active duty facilities may often be limited so fitness levels can drop significantly. But now with SLINGGYM they can maintain and increase core strength and functional strength. They can work out even if there is very little space all you need is a suitable anchor point
