Golfer I would never want to suggest that Kevin VanDam doesn’t know what he is talking about.; I’d love to know as little as he and have two Bass Master Classic Championships and multiple BASS Angle of the year awards on my resume of accomplishments. I don’t think this vid accurately captures the fact he is twitching the bait. I have watched others he has made and he aways twitches his presentation. In Canada we have closed seasons for bass. It opens in late June after the spawn.

well i agree with you but low pressure days are best as in a better easyer fishing day as in not much of a hard technique is needed to catch em and prespawn is the funnest times to fish bass for me

and golfer you can fish anytime of any month of any day and get bit u just got to learn how to adapt to the weather and u need to learn what kind of presentation there gonna want on that hot gloomy dog day of summer…. and sako.. you can go any time like i told him u just got to learn where to find them and wat presentation there wantin… pre spawn in my opinion is the best time of year because thats when there comin up from deep water and feedin like crazy gettin there energy up to spawn.

golfer…. he knows wat hes talkin aboutt..the only times u seen him not add action was when the camera man didnt film him doing a full retrieve….trust me u need to add those little erratic movements inorder to entice that fish to bite… it makes it more natural looking and makes it look injured and causes reaction bites

well learn about fishing right when the ice melts if cold winter exist were u live or else just learn all the rigs and what to use during the kind of season ur in like when the water melts in spring i fish as much as i can before the hot days start comin in and during the summer when its hot i fish during low pressure days were its gloomy cloudy weather almost rain weather and clear sunny days with high heat and humitity is terrible in my experience so u just basikly need to learn ur area

hes kinda does not know what hes talkin about like as if hes reading a script he says you have to make a twitch or give action to it to make it work and he never catches a fish just reelin it in but the vid clearly shows him someetimes just reelin it in with no added action…

@sako282 just watch tons and tons of bass fishing vids and vids about bass rigs and lures.. its the only way you can easily learn its how i learned and im not braggin but i caught over 100 bass last year and it was my first year of actualy targeting the largemouth bass species trust me you will learn a shit load on youtube just search up bass rigs bass lures bass fishing techniques and so on just look at my fishing playlist for instance, its filled with bass vids that help u learn hoda fish bass
