youve probably heard this a thousand times but too gain muscle you just have to excersize. Push ups, chin ups, jogging anything really. Plus, all of those things have equipment to help you to do so.

do u get a better workout with push up bars? how do u buil muscle with fast results without weights?

  8. breakygizon 01 Feb 2010 at 3:16 pm

its easier to use push up bars. Mostly because there is a stronger surface area in the bars’ bace, rather than the flat of your hands. And because your slightly elevated its less strain.

wats better these push up bars or perfect push up?

  13. crooklyn817on 01 Feb 2010 at 3:16 pm

Its actually better to go lower, ive been doing that extra 5-6 inches down and it has made my shoulders look bigger like im startin to wear those football chest armor things. Maybe thats an exaggeration, but it only helps to go lower, and takes more muscle to get up from that point.

dude, perfect pushup allows your wrists to pivot

  16. eugeniosalason 01 Feb 2010 at 3:16 pm

the perfect puch up thing is better for your joints and also give you a larger range of movement.
although this type bars let you go lower .
